Waiver

The undersigned:

a) that during the "ORBITS" event, photographs and audio/video recordings of the activities will be taken by authorized personnel (including third parties) of Action Agency S.r.l.;

b) that the acquired images, of a general/journalistic nature, which may possibly allow in particular circumstances, despite the precautions adopted, the identification of some participants, may, subject to explicit consent, be disseminated on websites, media, communication channels, or on the social media pages of Action Agency S.r.l. for dissemination purposes related to the promotion of the event and of Action Agency S.r.l.;

c) that the dissemination of images through the use of the internet and social media means that these are made available in countries outside the European Union, where the appropriate measures of guarantee and protection of processing provided by the General Data Protection Regulation for the rights of data subjects may not be applicable;

d) that the Data Controller for the processing of images and audiovisual recordings is the Italian company Action Agency S.r.l., with registered office in Milan (MI), at Via Seprio n. 2, Tax Code and VAT number 12505230156, represented by its legal representative Manuela Ronchi who represents it, by virtue of the powers conferred suitable for signing this document;

e) that data subjects may, for any matter relating to the processing of personal data, or to exercise the rights provided by the General Data Protection Regulation (rights of access, rectification, deletion (where possible), limitation of processing, withdrawal of expressed consent, contact the Data Controller by sending communications to the email address privacy@action-agency.com - or file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (https://www.gpdp.it) or with individual supervisory authorities, depending on the country in which they are located, by clicking on the link http://www.garanteprivacy.it/web/guest/home/footer/link.

pursuant to point b) above, the audiovisual recording and/or the taking of photographs, free of charge, of the images of the represented party by the operators appointed by Action Agency S.r.l.

the use of audio/video/photographic material in contexts that prejudice personal dignity and decorum;

on a purely free basis to the use of data relating to photographic images or audiovisual recordings for dissemination/communication and commercial purposes related to the activities and initiatives of Action Agency S.r.l.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation EU Reg. 2016/679, abbreviated as "GDPR", the Data Controller Action Agency S.r.l. provides the following simplified information:

The personal identification data collected are processed in paper and electronic form for the management of the event, and for the legal obligations arising therefrom.

Images and videos are processed and disseminated for the purpose of promoting and communicating the activities of Action Agency S.r.l.

Retention times are limited to what is necessary by law (e.g. 10 years for "contractual" management), images retained for 6 (six) years for any publications or subsequently for archival purposes, while those not used are immediately deleted.

Personal data are not transferred to non-EU countries, except for the dissemination of images on websites and social media pages.
